How to Create Questions in Google Forms

WHAT IS GOOGLE FORMS?

    Google Forms is survey administration software included as part of the free web-based Google Docs Editor suite offered by Google. Forms feature all the sharing features found in Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Google Form or in Indonesian this form is very easy to create. The main requirement is that Smart Teachers already have a Google account. Here are the steps to create a Google Form for exams or school assignments:

1. Open a browser, type the keyword "google form/form." The second way to open the form is to click on the 9 dots in the top right corner of the screen. Then scroll down until Guru Pintar finds the form.

2. After the form opens, click the (+) sign which says blank.

3. Name the question in the top left corner. The way to do this is to click on the words "untitled form."

4. Ask questions about the student's identity, for example name, class, and so on.

5. After that, click the plus sign (+) at the top right to add questions.

6. Start writing the question by typing the question in the column marked "question."

7. Select the question mode, whether multiple choice, short answer, etc., in the column next to the question. The way to do this is to click on the downward facing arrow icon then click on the question mode that Guru Pinar wants.

8. Don't forget to click settings then change the mode to quiz so Smart Teacher can provide scores and answer keys.
